Dave is a professional public speaker and coach who uses his experience in business and sports psychology to help individuals improve their mindset and performance through teaching, team building, and helping others build a winning mindset.

AMATEUR & PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES

Dave has worked with top amateur & professional athletes and is currently the Mental Performance Coordinator for the Texas Rangers where he was part of their '23 World Series Championship.

Most of his work centers around helping athletes build confidence, overcome difficult situations, play their best in the biggest moments, handle pressure, and develop overall mental toughness.

MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYERS

After spending 5 seasons with the Seattle Mariners as a mental performance coach, Dave was hired by the Texas Rangers to build out their new mental performance department.

In his second year with the Rangers, they won the World Series. He works with both players and coaches though group presentations and one-on-one sessions in both English and Spanish.

ATHLETES/COACHES IN MULTIPLE SPORTS

Dave has experience working with high level athletes and coaches in many sports outside of baseball. He has worked with hockey players, football players, basketball players, golfers, soccer players, and tennis players.

While many mental skills translate between sports, Dave prides himself on being able to bring sport specific examples and solutions to his diverse client base.

ELITE BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS

Dave has had the opportunity to work with business professionals around the world in the form of speaking, consulting and one on one coaching.

He first developed his passion for consulting in 2009 while doing a six week consulting project for Valvoline in their European headquarters. Since then he has worked with numerous business professionals.
